Bminer 15.3.1 has fixed the CUDA error 700 on P106 and the error 0 GPS hashrate on 2070/2080.
I have the same problem. I’m stuck on 15.0.0 on Win7. Hopefully it can get fixed.
Is it working fine in ubuntu?
Buddy, I don’t know what are you doing, but after bminer 15.0.0 all newer versions (including 15.3.1) produce good rates only on the first GPU on the rig.

First of all, remove that terrible Win 7 !
We are in 2019, I can´t really understand why people still use that crap.
Win7 is the best OS by Micro$oft ever. 
The only really reason why I use Win7 is that in the first few days of Grin Mining the 8GB RTX cards were working only on Win7. That’s because of some weird way of how Win10 allocates memory …it was not allowing the miner to work properly. Not sure if that was fixed now… but people in the first few weeks were using Win7 and I was under the impression that Bminer still supports that.

Cannot get bminer to work with my 6x RX580 rig. Itś running Ubuntu 16.04 with AMDGPU-PRO drivers 17.40.

As you can see for v15.3.1 only first GPU shows good rates
Does reboot help? 20 characters…
