Sure – So what happened was that I cancelled the TX twice in Grim wallet, and I thought the first cancellation had went through before the TX was broadcasted to the network, because the UI appeared to allow me to send the transaction again (and cancel it again). The dev of Grim wallet assisted me, they said that this can only happen when a Tor transaction is used (as opposed to a slatepack).
