I mined GRIN coin in its early days. A long time has passed since then. I wanted to send all my funds to an exchange. I sent them, and after a long time… they didn’t arrive. After 4-5 hours, I canceled the transaction through the app. Oh my god… my wallet was instantly zeroed out. I downloaded GRIM, completed the node installation, and recovered my wallet. And then, a big fat zero… Did I lose everything? Or is there a solution? Please, knowledgeable people, answer… because is there an incompatibility with the software used initially? I await your help, thank you all in advance…
I logged into the grin++128 program. I pasted my gate.io account details. I pressed the send button. That’s it. I contacted gate.io. They asked for a transaction history (TX). I told them the program didn’t generate a TX. They didn’t help me.
NOTE: Yesterday, I sent a small amount from gate.i for testing purposes. And it arrived. The wallet is working.
After carefully reviewing the information and video provided, we can see that the transaction status shown in the video is canceled. A canceled transaction cannot be used as valid proof of a successful deposit, and we are therefore unable to locate any corresponding on-chain record for this transfer.
In this case, we kindly suggest that you first contact the sending platform to confirm whether the transaction was actually completed and successfully broadcast to the blockchain. If the transfer was successful, please ask them to provide a valid blockchain transaction link (TXID) that can be publicly verified.
Once you have the confirmed blockchain record, please provide it to us and we will be happy to assist you further.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know. Thank you for choosing Gate. Have a good day.

Thank you for your answer. You’re right. $125. I’m not upset about the money being lost. I probably paid ten times that amount for the electricity bill. I mined for 1.5 months. I’m upset about the effort I put in…
