KERNEL ERROR - MY WALLET HAS BEEN RESET. 0 0 0 0

Hello everyone,

I mined GRIN coin in its early days. A long time has passed since then. I wanted to send all my funds to an exchange. I sent them, and after a long time… they didn’t arrive. After 4-5 hours, I canceled the transaction through the app. Oh my god… my wallet was instantly zeroed out. I downloaded GRIM, completed the node installation, and recovered my wallet. And then, a big fat zero… Did I lose everything? Or is there a solution? Please, knowledgeable people, answer… because is there an incompatibility with the software used initially? I await your help, thank you all in advance…

The Kernel exists

Which exchange did you send the Grin to?
And how did you send it (Slatepack, Memo)?

I logged into the grin++128 program. I pasted my gate.io account details. I pressed the send button. That’s it. I contacted gate.io. They asked for a transaction history (TX). I told them the program didn’t generate a TX. They didn’t help me.

NOTE: Yesterday, I sent a small amount from gate.i for testing purposes. And it arrived. The wallet is working.

I don’t know what these mean. As I explained, I pasted my exchange address and clicked send grin++. But it didn’t send it.

This is your TX ID.
