I think it would be nice to have GRIN relisted on Bisq.
Are there some peoples who want to give it a try ?
I think I’m able to list a “simple” altcoin on Bisq, ie write the little java code and PR for that, but for GRIN, it’s a bit more complicated.
And also, we must be absolutely sure that relisting will not end up generating a huge amount of disputes like with the previous listing.

Why would it be different this time?
If I remember correctly, @Manfred_Karrer mistakenly thought that there was no way to prove that you had made a transaction, so he decided to delist Grin from Bisq.
