Sad to hear that, I registered Polo since beginning of 2017.
I heard some guys said that Polo is not for storing/holding coins, they wanted us to exchange (regularly)…
Last time I tested my own https wallet and they were willing to refund

Polo has definitely improved. Surpassed Bittrex IMO. Best true “altcoin” exchange available in US these days with regulatory overreach. They are fighting the good fight.
They are much faster on support and closed hundreds of tickets successfully after Circle acquisition due to a hiring spree.
The fact they’ve been early donors and supporters of GRIN is also respectable.
