Hi, my miner connects to herominers but in the pool I want, which is 2miners, it doesn’t go, the red LED stays on all the time and doesn’t go off, not one of the information appears on the machine’s panels, what can I do?

I also had same problem with 2miners. And then i tried herominers. They didn’t pay me. They supposed to pay me from 1grin. And i have 13 grins there. So i tried easy grin https://pool.easygrin.org/
They have their own grin wallet too. And no need to worry about grin ++ too. You should try that too.

Try Grinmint.com. A community led pool, no need to be online to withdraw, you can withdraw with slatepacks easily anytime.

Long time ago I used herominers. As I remember it they pay after a threshold is met (to avoid you lose much on fees) unless you manually chose to request a payout.

Herominers does pay out eventually, but not on the 1hr/1Grin thresholds as claimed.
They are my backup pool and last time i left for Grinmint it took ~48hr to zero out my balance.
