My ipollo g1 won't mine, what should I do?

Hello everyone, my ipollo doesn’t get hash anymore, what can I do? It shows everything except the hash.
The machine heats up and the white light flashes but it doesn’t mine. What could be happening?

Have you let is hash for a while? In the past I had times that it took a while for my hash/graph rate to appear.
Also, did you change any settings?

Hello friend, how are you? I didn’t make any changes to the machine. I’m going to leave it on for a while. Then, in Nicehash, it appears to have connected but doesn’t give the hash.

Try to switch the adapter, i used have same problem and had to replace my adapter. G1 mini adapter is really ‘fragile’.

Which adapter would it be? Could you take a picture of him?

Using this one for a year without issue

I have another original Ipollo source here at home, even so it doesn’t work

Did you try another mining pool, just to be sure its the hardware?

I tried several other pools but it always gives the same error

Strange. If you are certain its not the pool and not the power source, that leaves the option of a burned out chip and communication issues, e.g. router blocking communication.
Do you have other miners that do work, or just this one? If others do work, you know its not a router issue.
If you have a power usage meter, you could still try to verify if indeed the miner is sucking power like normal, but if its hot while cooling vents work, that is also a good indication its still hashing.

Hello, it’s not my router because I have another ipollo on and it gets normal, the ipollo that is damaged it heats up but nothing of hash appears

Does the manufacturer provide no support? I’ve never bought anything from iPollo, so I don’t know. Just curious.

This machine I bought used

Big chance the chip is just fried in that case. Here are some last things you can check, but at this point you should start thinking if it is worth your time or that you better get a new miner:

iPollo referred me to HM Tech for G1-mini repair service: https://hmtech.co/
The problem in this situation was that I was updating the firmware by ethernet instead of by microSD card, which was causing errors on my grid.
