The most interesting part of this chart is not the price trend but the big volume spikes.

That they will exploit grin for measly fiat gains to the point that its $ value is zero.
Grin is designed to be massively, corrosively inflationary over the very long term.
The deliberate design of the developers is to keep the value extremely low. With respect, it is only due to idle speculation that it has any value at all.
