Does anyone know about fidelity of this miner?

Here is what I get with this version on 1070s:

A hashrate of each card is 0.7 times lower than under Minerbabe:

Is this because of GMiner’s fidelity is close to 1? Or my cards are simply hashing less (take a look at GPU load percentage in AB)?
