Several times, i submit request to coingecko and coinmarketcap, they change grin twitter, telegram, forum social links to scam site recently in last months. I managed to remove scam forum site from coinkarketcap and coingecko.
Coingecko denies the existing grin block explorer links but accepts scammers links, kinda absurd.
Just checked, coinmarketcap x account again directed to those scammer.
Report this scam twitter account, and if you can fill the request form at coingecko, please fill up.
Seems like we just shouldn’t list any social links at all. The closest thing there is to an official link is the stuff hosted on the grin.mw domain, including this forum.
Coingecko and coinmarketcap rules the links, whether it is official or not. We are not listing anything official but should provide to coingecko and cmc community real links.
Otherwise scammers list scam forum links etc.
Coingecko does not update Grin links, including telegram channel and block explorer-shows dead links.
I submitted a request again, hope they fix it up.
I’ve also sent requests to coingecko about it and have gotten no reponse.
