You should check with @David again, as the grinplusplus.com server is in the middle of the process. Perhaps he can see if anything is delaying the transaction?
It says received in your wallet, which means it’s not a grinplusplus.com issue. You’ll need to talk to your exchange and have them resend.

To me, this sounds like an issue with the exchange. Perhaps they didn’t broadcast the transaction?

What if the Exchange says the same thing (my wallet has received it) which is not the case in fact!
If the exchange says they sent it, then they can provide the kernel of the transaction, and it can be looked up on a block explorer to make sure it was really confirmed.

Sending by http instead of https works for payout from Grinmint pool to Grin++ 0.7.4 by TOR. All 10 confirmation completed so fully resolved/received.
