That block contains 2 outputs, one is spent, another is not spent. One is OP withdrawal, another is change.
If it’s possible to get any information from the TO slatepack to prove if they sent the txn to OP’s private key…

Why test the cancel feature in the big balance instead of using few Grin first?
I was sure that everything was working like clockwork.
my thoughts were to split the transaction into several parts. but what happened happened. Anyone can be in my place
This is exactly why we have payment proofs, so both parties can prove a transaction did or did not happen. You should ask TO for the payment proof.
Am I requesting everything correctly?
Ask TO if they can send the payment proof of the transaction.
What’s the way to provide payment proof when a transaction was made via manual Slatepack method, like on TradeOgre?
Grin wallet docs describes only the method with providing slatepack address:
I have never tested this, but I though no matter whether it is send over tor (slate-pack address), or manually, both parties will sign the kernel. But ya, how do you proof then that the key is from the sender when you do not know the sending slate-pack address? I guess that information (address from the sender) needs to be at least disclosed to the validating party (receiver). This is just based on my assumptions of how payment proofs work,… I could be wrong. I also would have no idea ho to manually enter the senders slate-pack address. Sorry, I suddenly realize I know shit about payment proofs
I don’t like the fact that tradeogre has gone silent and is not taking part in solving the problem. Should I accept the loss?
@Anynomous can I ask for help from the bitcoin foundation of our community, in case we do not solve this problem? I have plans to replenish the total donation budget as the value of grin increases.
It’s not my fault that the money didn’t reach me.
Grin community funds are spend in accordance with the spwnding guidelines:
Helping users with technical issues and who make mistakes financially is not in line with these spending guidelines. I case there would be proof of an identified bug in the software that led to loss of funds, it could be discussed but in your case there is no such proof. I would reccomend you to recover the wallet data you deleted, its not gone and can be recovered.
…recover the wallet data you deleted, its not gone and can be recovered.
Ok, how? Please help
I don’t understand what files we are talking about and how this can help me
I reinstalled grim and that’s it
I have a seed phrase. what do I need to restore to get the correct balance? thanks
I cannot talk you through it step by step, probably using Recuva you can recover the files from you wallet directory where you deleted the wallet.
You mnemonic shows the correct balance, always. Since you deleted the wallet you make it very hard to identify what happened and if and how you lost funds.
I tried many wallet.seed recovery programs, but unfortunately I couldn’t find the file I needed. apparently, I made an extremely murderous combination to delete the wallet. I will not leave the feeling for a long time that my mistake did not happen. there is no completed transaction and there has never been one. Good luck to everyone. Maybe close the topic
I am grateful for the time we have devoted to the problem, although to no avail
Keep smiling no matter what
