Hi everyone, in addition to the video content creation thread started, I thought it might be helpful if we have a poster content creation team that can produce posters which could subsequently be used to spread awareness of Grin.
The objective is to produce posters which:
Describe Grin and all the fundamentals and innovations present
A poster focusing on sticky points that are commonly mis-interpreted. E.g Grin’s emission rate
A poster focusing on the shared history of bitcoin and Grin. E.g. How Grin aims to create an electronic peer to peer system
A poster focusing on how to use Grin. This should include all of Grin’s ecosystem projects (Wallets & payment systems)
*** The posters need be simple, informative and help show the great properties of Grin (hats of to the Grin council and developers for giving us plenty of cool things we can talk about). They also need to use the appropriate styling - cyperpunk & cool
It’ll be great if members of this community are willing to help. Any action big or small would be great. One of the simple ways you can help is by:
Recommendations/ideas for what you feel is crucial to be included in posters
Creating simple messages which conveys Grins decentralization/privacy/scalability features.
This list is extensive, but if there’s anything you can help with (including those not mentioned above) please chip in.
We don’t expect this project to incur significant costs, but if significant expenses are required & justified we can look towards methods to make it possible.
Disclaimer: Some people are working on getting the news out there along social media channels (twitter/telegram/reddit/etc). Video content creation/propagation/sharing/etc is not within the limits of this thread/project. This thread/project is solely concerned with creating posters that the social media team/ community can use.

Great content. Makes My eyes hurt. I have found a few Grin positive tweeters and Instagram micro-bloggers. Can I send a link to the forum topics / posts?
I agree @Tromp that comparison with ICO coins isnot what Grin is about. I am concerned by fear at the unlimited emission of Grin but many don’t realise some of their favourite ‘projects’ have billions of coins.
Maybe its better to point out that in the top 100 cryptos 20 have a coin supply more than 1 Billion. Grin will not reach 1 Billion in just over 30 years. In crypto that is an Age.
Need to think about the best way to communicate this.
The number of coins is not that relevant. Grin emits a billion nanogrin every second. IOTA uses MIOTA as a unit, but that is also one million IOTA. Some people similarly propose replacing BTC by mBTC, a milliBTC. It’s all arbitrary scaling. What’s important for fair distribution if everyone had to put in a similar effort in getting a coin. With ICO that’s clearly not the case. The creators can assign themselves arbitrary amounts. Similarly, instamines and dev taxes detract from fair distribution.

Dear Grinners, please do not pay heed to @Grumpy. He enjoys getting a laugh and trolling any positive development by the Grin community. It may be related to his inability to contribute positively or some deeply hidden insecurity issues.
Continue your great work on this project and don’t pay any attention to this troll.
@Ronaldo, I appreciate your enthusiasm but it appears that your hoping that @Grumpy gets cancer which is not appropriate. I would just ignore him as opposed to wishing him ill
