Titan XP and Vega Frontier Edition, optimizations for high memory cards?

Hi there,
The cuckatoo31 miner apparently struggles to fit within the memory available on a 1080ti. I have two cards with more memory, a Titan XP with 12GB and a Vega Frontier Edition with 16GB of vram. Can anything be done to further optimization these cards with higher vram amounts?

You could set NEPS_A to 133 and NEPS_B to 88 to further reduce risk of dropping solutions, but it’s already close to negligible on the gtx miner, so the extra vram doesn’t help much.
