Get the cheapest one you can find. If you can save 200$ i suggest you do so.
I have 3 different models and they range from 1.7-1.8gps, (speed reported by grin-miner). There is some talk that they only actually achieve 1.19-1.25 gps, despite reporting ~1.7gps.
I think that cooling system of 2080Ti matters here in mining Grin…
So the right choice is a compromise between the cost of a video card and the efficiency of the cooling system. I chose PALIT nVidia GeForce RTX 2080Ti, PA-RTX2080Ti DUAL 11G, [ne6208t020lc-150a].
The current miner is solving 1.7 graphs per second, but due to memory constraints has fidelity only about 70%. My latest commit to the cuckoo repo improves this to around 99% but some people report strange issues with it.
I would like to try it out, but as i have posted on the other thread, i have compiled it, but am not sure how to use it, as I have not found an executable, i think i am out of my depths and will have to wait until it gets pushed into the grin-miner repo
