[POTENTIAL SCAM?] Grin Web Wallet - Confidentially Safely Conveniently

Dear Grin Web Wallet users!

Our service has been running for 5 months.
Grin Web Wallet has come a long way. Most users are grateful for our service. We receive a large number of thanks. Unfortunately, we could not avoid mistakes, but we are constantly working to improve our service and the support service promptly responds to problems. We continue to adhere to the main principles - the minimum transaction fee (0.01 Grin), user convenience and privacy.

Grin Web Wallet users have made 9000+ transactions.
This month, 35 to 120 transactions pass through our service daily.
An average of 170,000 Grin coins are stored.

Grin Web Wallet team have planned update that will take place from September 15 to 20. This update aims to improve the performance of our service and also to solve problems that some users have encountered. A bug in the user interface will also be fixed (withdrawal error message despite the fact that the transaction has actually been processed).
Currently, the support service has only 7 requests from users. Some of the problems that have arisen will be solved in the current mode, and another part will be fixed with the release of the update.

Convincing request! Create only one withdrawal request! All transactions are processed despite the error message in the user interface. Creating a large number of requests for the withdrawal of the same means leads to an error that requires the intervention of a support service.

Grin Web Wallet support service is always ready to help users. If you have any problems using Grin Web Wallet, please send request to support@mygrin.org

Grin Web Wallet team is grateful to users for any support!

Enjoy using.

Thank you for your hard work on this service. As you recall, a user @good_king_wenceslas lost his coins by using this wallet. Do you know what happened to them?

Do you need the subdomain web in front of mygrin.org? Because the top level domain throws the error posted above.

@Cryptod hi
https://web.mygrin.org/
this is directly the service interface.

It’s very strange that you get such message.

Going to mygrin.org redirects me to the following:

http://mygrin.org/defaultsite

web.mygrin.org gets me to the right place. You probably want to change your config so that mygrin.org redirects to web.mygrin.org.

This is strange. Redirects configured to https://mygrin.org

Okay, I figured this out.

When I go to http://mygrin.org/ I get redirected to https://mygrin.org/defaultsite, which 404’s.

However, https://mygrin.org takes me to the homepage.

Check your http config.

Dear Grin Web Wallet users!

Please be attentive! Don’t make withdrawal transactions to incompatible versions of Grin wallets.
Grin Web Wallet upgraded to latest GRIN version 2.0.0 and will no longer support version 1.x.x

Dear Grin Web Wallet users!

The last two days, the number of transactions through our service has increased several times. Due to the increased load, transactions may be processed with some delay.
Before the release of the update, which is scheduled for September 18-20, the capacity of our servers will be increased several times. New work sectors will also be added to expedite transaction processing.
All transactions are processed in a common queue, regardless of the amount of the transaction. Processing speed depends only on the load on the service at the time the transaction is created.
Attention! We ask you to create only one withdrawal request. All transactions are processed despite the error message in the user interface.
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

Enjoy using.

Attention :exclamation: All work will be carried out WITHOUT STOPPING Grin Web Wallet service :exclamation:

Dear Grin Web Wallet users!
Today, work has begun on a major update of Grin Web Wallet. This is the final part of the previously announced update.
The main goals of the update are to increase the service’s performance, eliminate problems that a small number of users had previously encountered, eliminating the possibility of creating multiple requests before processing the previous one.
Works involves several milestones:

  • connecting New High Power Servers
  • inclusion of new software modules
  • merging of new and old databases
  • shutdown of old servers
All work is carried out according to a strictly established schedule. Completion date October 4, 2019

Best Regards,
Grin Web Wallet team

Site is still down…

A little temporary problem. The site is working.
https://web.mygrin.org/ works stably without interruption

@sccdry

I have the same issue, what s the problem? Why it is not possible to withdraw?

I sincerely hope that you will be able to withdraw your money.

I dont know anything about this wallet and never used it.

it has always looked suspicious to me and I wonder why there is no flag/warning on this thread by the Grin Council to protect the most newbie members of our Community.
