Last update/response regarding this October 12th order. I’ll delete the OP (this thread) after this purchase is fully accounted for on my end.
If a customer complains about an unshipped order, the incentive should be to put out the fire by shipping the order sooner, rather than blaming the customer for why the seller is exiting. At least that’s how I’d handle the hypothetical situation where I forgot to ship an order.
