November 25th update: Still awaiting this October 12th order to be fulfilled. Reason for the delay = forgot
Warning if dealing with Grin council member Transatoshi.
Have dealt with Transatoshi for multiple batches of custom PSUs for powering G1-mini before, all past deals were completed successfully, but all prior payments were through PayPal. This time I was asked for payment by Zelle, but Zelle payments can’t be disputed.
As time passed, more ASICs and PSUs were offered until the total purchase amounted to 5 Grin ASICs, 2 custom PSUs (500W & 350W, enough to power 6 mini), and 10 custom backup DC cables for repair of these custom PSUs. I purchased the parts to be custom configured and had them delivered to Transatoshi and all has been paid for in full by Zelle to Transatoshi.
The first unfilled purchase dates back to October 12th, 2025. The last update from Transatoshi was shipping planned for November 3rd, 2025 along with the offer to buy another ASIC…which I bought. No response since November 3rd, 2025.
Nothing received, as in no tracking, no package received, no updates related to these purchases made. I thought about waiting until November 12th, 2025 for a full month to pass since the 1st ASIC purchase, but it’s been plenty long enough. All prior communication was generally immediate or same day at slowest, so a red flag has been waving since Monday night of November 3rd, 2025 but I gave it the full week anyways just to be certain. Transatoshi shows as online for Discord at nearly all times, and has been updating Github as of November 5th, 2025. Not shipping or responding can’t be due to lack of time available, Transatoshi is age 38 and retired. I did offer to provide a prepaid shipping label, if given the package dimensions and weight, so it can’t be due to shipping cost.
I’ve never lost a single token or $ to crypto related ventures up until now (opened coinbase in 2014, mining since 2017), be it scam, theft, Tx or exchange problems, this would be a first if Transatoshi doesn’t refund or ship.
Posting now instead of waiting longer to prevent others from inadvertently funding what is looking to be Transatoshi’s exit scam. I would very much prefer to be proven wrong by Transatoshi. Will attempt to resolve here over the weekend before publishing this warning on all other outlets.
I also never received a pool payout from pointing to Transatoshi’s Grin pool at https://minegrin.org/ for 3 days, the offer was 50ツ/72hr + our share of the block rewards we found. Need a few good miners
