my personal recommendation was to avoid TradeOgre and/or ask them to implement payment proofs, there is no kernel at exchange UI, also just before this event topic author doxxed himself by announcing to the public he created new account to buy Grin here.

What does that mean? Should we shame and ridicule them for not having CIA tier opsec?

IIRC this isnât the first time you have claimed to have lost all your Grin, last time you had the seed phrase on telegram or something like that and it got deleted. In the future consider using Nikolas Flamelâs HTML MWC/GRIN/EPIC wallet which has Trezor and Ledger support since you hold large amounts, and only transacts by slatepack files so you have those to reference. It can run on your PC or phone. I even made a fork of it and re-skinned it to be more grin-aligned.
I hope you can recover and pay back that loan without issue. However, you havenât provided any proof that we could go on, so how do you expect the CC to consider giving you funds when we donât know what happened?

âBe you own bankâ means everyone holds responsibility for taking care of the keys to their own funds. Needless to say, any form of speculation, in particular with borowed money, is highly ill advised. Reporting issues is appreciated, but without any clear verifiable information, it is not even clear if an issues exists.

when I lost the last phrase that was stored in the telegram. After 1 year, I restored access, and I managed to re-register an inactive number with a mobile operator. There was a small amount in grin. and a significant one usdt in telegram @wallet.
everything ended successfully, I restored

Yes, this is completely my responsibility. although it is unpleasant to realize that there was a clear glitch during the transaction. I should have made a test transaction to the wallet and split the 46k into small amounts.
now Iâve come to terms with the loss, and I even threw out the last seed phrase from my main wallet so as not to return to the painful topic.
and letâs close the discussions in this thread, as we wonât find a solution. Itâs just a waste of time.

I made rescans, reinstalled the wallet, and imported the phrase into another wallet (except grim). nothing helped.
