Introducing NoirTrade – A Privacy-First Crypto Exchange (No KYC)

Hi everyone,

I’d like to introduce NoirTrade, a privacy-first cryptocurrency exchange built around a simple idea: trading crypto shouldn’t require surrendering your identity.

:globe_with_meridians: Live at: https://noirtrade.com

How NoirTrade Works

NoirTrade operates on a central limit order book (CLOB) — similar to traditional exchanges, but designed with privacy in mind.

1. Registration — You sign up with a unique login ID and password. No email required. No KYC. No identity verification.

2. Deposits — After registration, you receive unique deposit addresses for each supported asset. We currently support:

  • Bitcoin (on-chain)

  • Bitcoin via Lightning Network

  • Monero

  • Grin

  • Litecoin

  • Polygon (POL and tokens)

On-chain deposits are credited after network confirmations. Lightning deposits settle quickly.

3. Trading — You can place limit or market orders on the order book. When buy and sell orders match, trades execute instantly and balances update in real time.

4. Withdrawals — You can withdraw to any external address you control at any time. There are no lockups or withdrawal holds.

Our Commitment to Privacy

At NoirTrade, privacy is not an afterthought — it’s foundational.

We aim to sit between:

  • Surveillance-heavy centralized exchanges

  • Opaque anonymous platforms

We provide familiar trading infrastructure with clearly defined custody practices, while minimizing data collection by design.

What We Do

  • No KYC – No identity verification required

  • Minimal data retention – We do not store IP addresses; rate limiting uses hashed identifiers only

  • Defined log purging schedules

  • Session data purged 30 days after expiry

  • Security event logs purged after 90 days

  • No data sales – We do not sell or share user data for non-operational purposes

  • Self-service account deletion – You can delete your account and associated data yourself

  • Transparent documentation – Our Privacy Policy and Data & Logs Policy are publicly available

Official Positioning & Mission Statement

For a detailed explanation of our technical approach, privacy philosophy, and long-term positioning, you can read our official statement here:

We’re building NoirTrade for users who value financial autonomy and practical privacy without sacrificing usability.

Happy to answer questions and open to feedback.

Hello, it will be nice to have MWEB support for LTC, there are no known exchanges with MWEB LTC support, it will attract attention from privacy community.

No order book is visible, which confuses those accustomed to seeing specific buy and sell orders.

Cool! I’ll try it out

Couldn’t create an account. ‘Create account’ button unresponsive, but I think I got everything right, checked the boxes and so on. Tried both on pc and an Android device.

There should be no issues creating account.

As a matter of fact, no, there isn’t. I didn’t notice that my password didn’t qualify. My bad! Small print for My old eyes.

Sorry for being a nuisance but where do I input the 2FA response code? Trying to log in (Firefox focus on Android) after enabling 2FA

Sorry for this issue, I already fixed.

Nice, works :+1:

I would really like to see the order book for each trading pair. Otherwise, trading will be a bit like riding a bike blindfolded.

This feature was implemented, never knew LTC can be obfuscated like that.

@david is working on Mimblewimble adoption in LTC. @nonlogs.io promised to implement this too!

I could never imagine the on-chain reserves be more than 400$ for the exchange but trading pairs will still be empty, what am I missing?

What do you mean, is there a lack of traders at your exchange?

Low Makers/Takers, but with time I believe people will find out about the project.

usually exchanges providing their own bots with liquidity, this is why they introduce “listing fee”, maybe if you will introduce bots it will attract more people, but sure more trades should be done, trading market changed a lot since AI can took this job.

Personally, I haven’t noticed whether there’s any difference in this platform from nonlogs which has been operating for some time now. I think focusing on and promoting any unique value that the site brings would help to draw in new users

NoirTrade offers a lot of pairings, especially for Grin. Wonderful to have another private solution for privacy coins. Thanks for your efforts.
