I can’t reach the site either, since like a week. Error message in Chrome is “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”

I did some more testing and it appears the problem is on my end, sort of. If I switch off vpn I can access the site. This is a bit of an issue for me since I prefer using vpn for anything crypto related.
Also, a week ago accessing the site with vpn wasn’t a problem.
I believe using a VPN should be no problem to access the website.

I have an issue on Noirtrade with an LTC MWB deposit that seems to be stuck (almost a day now), but the current issue is that support tickets don’t seem to get through. When I’m logged in and on the ‘review existing tickets’ page it says ‘Loading tickets…’ but the tickets never appear.
I thought that I’d bring it to your attention here since I suspect the tickets haven’t been registered. The deposit issue itself we can deal with on Noirtrade once I get a reply there.

Hello Again, I was thinking on a feature to include into the exchange for users benenifts, like a system where detects an user activity and after x amount of time use the refund address to send funds back so it’s not in the exchange? I’m thinking about this for users who forget they account or lost it, what you think, should it be a default feature or something that users need to enable?
Sounds like a novel idea, haven’t seen it anywhere else. It should probably be user enabled.
Maybe the possibility to set a time span as well? E.g. six months, a year
I think non-logs already does that unless I’m mistaken
