Innosilicon Refund status?

Has anyone received any updated information on the refunds? My last conversation with Inno support on Feb 19th was:

Hi my friend,
Sorry to tell you that considering the severity of the Coronavirus, we are still be forbidden to rework now. 
When I can go to the office, I will process the refund ASAP for you. 

Thanks for your kind understanding. 

I’m curious if anyone has heard differently. Thanks.


Support has said that as soon as COVID19 restrictions are removed that they will issue refunds.
