As far as I know grinpro was updated last time in April and thus supports only the old C29 “Cuckaroo-29”, not the current “Cuckarood-29” that got active with the July hard fork.
Are you sure you want to mine with that?
I would suggest switching to GrinGoldMiner 3 (the direct sucessor of grinpro) or and other grin mining software - which depends a bit on what you want to mine (C29 / C31) or which cards you got.
