Coin withdrawals using ngrok.io from Chinese exchanges like BitForex

Hey there,

I wanted to trade a few GRIN to play around, but the only trustworthy exchange I could find to trade was BitForex.

However, they support only withdrawals via https connection. File transfer is not supported.

I tried using https://ngrok.io but it didn’t work so far. I tried both the official GRIN wallet and GrinPlusPlus (GRIN++). It looks like they fail to connect at all, when the transaction is cancelled, the logs show nothing.

Has anyone ever managed to withdraw GRIN from BitForex or similar exchanges? Thanks!

      I had to take a little extra step, but thanks to the MyGrin Web Wallet (https://mygrin.org/) it worked now.
      BitForex could send it to the web wallet, and I could withdraw it into my local wallet (via ngrok to grin-wallet).
      Strange - but I’m happy now and I can do my little experiments with GRIN.
      I will donate a few GRIN to mygrin.org - awesome work guys. Saved my evening :smiley:

OK I’m trying Hedwig now. ngrok is definitely blocked in China. BitForex cannot even reach me. I tested my setup and it works perfectly. Just to make sure I’m not stupid or anything.
