Personal experience. Ordered in-stock miners, no sign of delivery for weeks. Had to dispute the transaction with my CC company to get them to deliver. Of course, they no longer accept CCs anymore.
Edit: Sorry can’t say much about class action. If you are in France, maybe. Outside, I don’t think it would work,
Honestly, I have objections against buying pre ordered miners from 3rd parties. Buying pre-ordered, not in-stock Miners from the manufacturer/seller(risqué), but doing it from sites like miner bros, sesterce, prominerz, etc; comes with a huge risk. Always buy direct!!
I had problems with obelisks customer portal, which is one of the reasons why I decided they were not a good investment. In the end, I do believe Obliesk will be able to pull through on another PoW, maybe not this one. 
i now think that, if it’s not from the manufacturers don’t buy

Hmmm why dont you name the unserious Company!
They deceive people to sell their garbage cloud mining contracts.
Delude that Obelsik would not pay…or not until October…and scaring people… maybe insurance pays… and they offer their Cloudming Contracts to get money earlier.
Three times in had to fill forms and to say no to their Cloudmining Contracts and that I just want my money back, which I paid months before and there is no reason that they keep my money!

If you go to order it, click on batch it’ll say & I quote “OUT OF STOCK”
My experience exactly with “Sesterce” company with one miner exception, it took me 6 times via email to demand a full cash refund because they insisted that I had signed up for the crappy cloud mining contract, which I had not.
