First thing, probably better way to report a bug would be opening a GitHub issue. Second thing is, maybe instead of sending a screenshot you should copy and format the error message, we cannot copy-paste from an image. Third thing, when you are reporting a bug you should attach logs, configuration and exact version of relevant software (here probably wallet + node).
About the bug, you are getting tcp connect error: Connection refused, check your node listener process. Make sure the endpoint, port etc are correct. Also check firewall settings on your server. All those things are relevant and important to check.
