Polkadot asking for a Grin bridge… what’s going on?

Hey Grinners,

Just wanted to drop something interesting I saw on Twitter today.

Polkadot Parachain News posted, asking if anyone would be interested in building a bridge from Grin to Polkadot or Kusama.

Not gonna pretend I know the full technical details. But the idea is: Grin could somehow connect to the Polkadot ecosystem.

Just sharing in case others missed it. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Interesting how they will implement it. Beam has DEX, bridge here also will be good, required Multisig.

Like I said, with price comes everything else - price goes up and that means development, integration and adoption! Good jobs grinners!

Yes there is trustless and decentralized bridge theoretically possible. Polkadot have Hyperbridge and Snowfork , maybe these tech can be adopted for Grin somehow.

Grin can be bridged to Polkadot AssetHub and can be used at any DOT chain, including Hydration the #1 DEX on Polkadot with 300M TVL. Grin can be traded on dex and returned to native chain- it is opening a lot of possible use cases, and more freedom.

Multichain Interoperability is inevitable.
