Wishlist for v5.0.0 - the last of the scheduled hard forks

Introduction The scope of Hard Fork 3 / v4.0.0 was defined last week. Around January 15, 2021, we expect Hard Fork 4 / v5.0.0 to occur. This is the last of the scheduled hard forks. It’s unclear whether there will be more added, but if things play out according to the current plan, we should not be expecting to introduce consensus breaking changes after that version.
