I have added a testnet faucet to the grinminer.net community testnet node. It is written in Rust with an HTML/CSS/JS frontend. You can withdraw 1000tツ every 24 hours. I made the amount large so everyone can have plenty of funds for MWixnet tests. It’s open source and I encourage everyone to test it out. Thank you to @ardocrat for the inspiration.
The faucet is now available as a .onion link so it is accessible over tor.

Also the wallet checker may be accessed over tor now:

@nonlogs I asume it is just a design decission. It says in the UI it only accepts grin addresses not tgrin adresses so it is not unexpected. For tetnet use (select testnet from the menu):
A, I see your point. I have not trsted it myself.
@transatoshi did you test the testnet faucet?
In the UI it is asking for a grin address, not a tgrin address.
Everything is up and working now, and a nice anon donated 100ツ so I am loading that in to the faucet, and 100ツ of my own funds over the next few hours.
Anyone has few faucets? i’d like to test some stuffs on testnet. Thank you.
I could mine few faucets, will open another portal to let people receive it freely and automatically, soon…
