I tried previously but they still emailed me asking me to add the “Top 20 addresses” which I obviously couldn’t do LOL. I never got a response from replying to their email. It may be worth trying again.

After further spreadsheet massaging, and further prodding about lack of replies, I finally got CMC to state their trivial problem with querying Grin supply.
They ask:
Are you able to provide two separate endpoints (1 for TS and 1 for CS) in this exact format (simple text showing only the numerical value as is)? - https://supply.chaingpt.org/supply
The endpoint that I (and others before me) had provided was https://grincoin.org/rpc/market/supply
which outputs (at this very minute)

And apparently, CMCs is unable/unwilling to filter out the non-digit characters in there:-(
So, if we could create a new endpoint https://grincoin.org/rpc/market/supplyCMC
that outputs
213543000
instead, then I can submit that to them and hopefully they can finally get Grin supply fixed.

The code base use snake_case, I was thinking about this for the endpoint: https://grincoin.org/rpc/market/cmc_supply

Any name is fine, including cmc_supply.
Although that sounds like the supply of a coin named cmc.
How about unformatted_supply or supply_unformatted or even supply_raw ?

Awesome! I’ve updated the spreadsheet [1] with this endpoint for both total and circulating supply and informed CMC. Now it’s back to waiting for them to act…

Thanks are in order to bruge for providing a raw supply endpoint, and to Wayne George who previously pestered CMC about the issue and did most of the work preparing the requested info into a spreadsheet.
PoW Rankings - Top 100 PoW Cryptocurrencies - F2Pool is now also showing the correct supply / mktcap because they were feeding off CMC.

Speaking of misleading data, has someone mining stats for the 5090 ? WhatToMine does not show mining stats on recent GPU for Grin, resulting in a lower ranking.
Few days ago, i sent suggestion to f2pool to re-open mining pool for grin. No decision but they said they continue to follow Grin development.
