over the last 15-20 hr my stats are
Number accepted 1076
Number Rejected 1
Number Stale 28
Number found 0
Not sure whats causing Rejected does anyone know if this will be an issue mining a block successfully?

Mining software requires a lot of optimization and sometime sacrifices accuracy for speed. For example, several miners right now will not necessarily find all cuckoo cycles in a given graph. Rejected shares can either reject that one of these optimizations occasionally produces bad cycles, or simply a small bug in the miner.
