Andrew Poelstra gave a nice talk yesterday on a threshold (m of n) schnorr signature scheme, and has kindly put the slides [online here](https://download.wpsoftware.net/bitcoin/wizardry/2019-02-sfdevs-threshold/slides.pdf).

I am woefully unequipped to summarize it, but it looks quite nice, and I believe it is compatible with mimblewimble.
