# Lots of info about cuckoo and mimblewimble but nothing about Grin?

So is Grin essentially a generic Crypto built using cuckoo and mimblewimble? As the title suggests, I can find a bunch of information about cuckoo and mimblewimble but very little about Grin and it’s . I am a huge fan of cuckoo cycle mining and mimblewimble, and would love to help shape the Grin, but I am not sure where to start.

Good point, and great remark. We sorely miss documentation on Grin itself right now. We’re in the process of building that out however.
