# Grin exchanges caution

Grin/BTC and Grin/USDT is not affected in Bitforex!! In their [announcement](https://support.bitforex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058157412-Supporting-Grin-GRIN-Slatepack-Deposit-Method-Notice) is clear that only Grin deposit and withdraw is unavailable due to slatepack upgrade. I used Bitforex twice this week without any problems (sell and buy Grin). Also 17 days ago we had the [issue](https://forum.grin.mw/t/resolved-d-o-n-o-t-u-s-e-g-r-i-n-g-r-i-n-w-a-l-l-e-t-g-r-i-n-i-r-o-n-b-e-l-l-y-u-n-t-i-l-f-u-r-t-h-e-r-n-o-t-i-c-e/8620) with Grin-network. But if you do not want to wait you can contact them and take your answers 🙂 I have a question. Are there still people who leave their cryptocurrencies on online platforms and exchanges?
