Perhaps, they delisted Grin in 2022:

- [Coinex delists Grin](https://forum.grin.mw/t/coinex-delists-grin/9728)  
They have experience working with Grin. Probably a decision to start listing should come from them.

Since [Gate.io](http://Gate.io) still has Grin/USDt pair, I am not sure if there is enough insentive for [Coinex.com](http://Coinex.com). Most trading volume of Grin/BTC pair will just move to Grin/USDt pair on [Gate.io](http://Gate.io)
