# Bi-weekly Governance meeting has moved to Keybase

At 3PM [UTC](http://www.timebie.com/std/utc.php) today we’re having the first governance meeting of 2020.

We’re conducting the meeting on Keybase rather than on Gitter.

### Instructions for how to join:

1. Install Keybase ([https://keybase.io](https://keybase.io)) and create an account.
2. Join the grin community:
  - **From the app:** Select “Teams” » “Join a team” and then type “grincoin”
  - **From the command line:** `keybase team request-access grincoin`

The meeting will be held in `#general` which is the default channel you join when you join `grincoin`.
